Why did I make this app?
As someone who is currently in the process of acquiring their 200hr YTT certification, I often find myself struggling to create yoga sequences that flow naturally. Or, I am flowing naturally, I often forget to record my sequences. I created Kakasana Studio to empower yoga teachers, and at-home yogi's alike. Stop feeling stuck, and find your inner-balance with Kakasana Studio.
The Solution
My solution to feeling stuck or encountering creative blocks during your yoga practice is easy. Kakasana studios uses AI technology to create customized yoga sequences and meditation practices for individual users, tailored to their needs. In addition to this, Kakasana Studio is home to hundreds of pre-recorded yoga sequences with varying levels of difficulty and length. Unlike other yoga apps that use AI to track and correct your form, Kakasana Studio empowers users to embrace their current state of mind and body, and encourages users to find their discover balance during the ebbs and flows of life.

Design Decisions
The name Kakasana Studio comes from the Sanskrit name for 'Crow Pose', Kakasana. Crow pose, or kakasana, is a challenging arm balance pose that requires you to tuck your knees up to your chest, and rest your shins on your biceps. Aside from all of the physical benefits that the kakasana pose provides (abdominal wall toning, wrist strengthening, alleviates lower back pain, helps with indigestion, just to name a few...) kakasana pose also encourages practicing yogi's to overcome things that may seem impossible at first glance. This pose inspires balance, wisdom, mental clarity, focus, mindfulness and facing your fears.
